Christian Mulders

Christian Mulders is Chief Executive Officer of the Australian Lot Feeders’ Association (ALFA), a position he has held since 2016. He leads ALFA’s work to support the continued growth and development of Australia’s grain fed beef industry, with a focus on industry capability, product integrity, productivity and sustainability.

With more than 25 years of experience across the red meat and livestock supply chain, Christian has held senior leadership roles with the Australian Meat Industry Council (AMIC) and Meat & Livestock Australia (MLA). He has been involved in the development of a range of national industry programs and systems spanning food safety, traceability, biosecurity and animal welfare, and works closely with industry, government and international stakeholders on issues affecting the sector’s long-term success.
