Arnel Corpuz

Feedlot practitioner (Philippines & Australia)

Day 2

Arnel T. Corpuz is a feedlot practitioner with more than 30 years of experience in cattle production across the Philippines and Australia. Beginning his career at Dealco Farms in South Cotabato, he later moved to Australia in 2004 and became one of the early Filipinos to work in the country’s commercial feedlot industry. Through his work and leadership, he helped pave the way for skilled Filipino agricultural workers in Australian feedlots, many of whom have since advanced into supervisory and management roles. Arnel has held leadership positions in major feedlot operations, including at Goonoo Feedlot of the Australian Agricultural Company, and was a speaker at ALFA BeefEx 2012. Based in Brisbane, he supports workforce development for agricultural businesses while also managing Great Arch Farm in South Cotabato, a training and demonstration farm dedicated to improving cattle feeding practices. He is the author of The Philippine Cattle Feeding Handbook and a recipient of the 2014 Bagong Bayani Award, recognizing outstanding Overseas Filipino Workers.
