The Resort

Royal Pines Resort is located on 200ha of magnificently landscaped gardens and a 36 hole golf course in the heart fo the Gold Coast in the locality of Ashmore. It sits midway between the beaches of Surfers Paradise and the lush rainforests of the Hinterland. The resort is a 12 minute drive from Surfers Paradise, the Casino and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre.

Royal Pines offers a complimentary shuttle service loop between Surfers and the Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. As well, the concierge can arrange limousines, hire cars and taxis on request.

Accommodation at Royal Pines

$200 per standard twin or double room per night

We have booked all rooms at Royal Pines Resort however we anticipate that this will fill within weeks of registrations opening. Accommodation at the overflow resorts of Royal Woods (walking distance) and Radisson (10 minute shuttle) can be negotiated.

Delegates seeking three consecutive accommodation nights (Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday) will be given first priority on Royal Pines rooms.

As soon as we receive and process your booking you will be sent a document that will confirm the accommodation arrangements we have made on your behalf. Our policy is that we will fill Royal Pines with delegates seeking three nights’ accommodation first. We recommend that you act quickly in order to have accommodation arrangements that are best suited to your needs.

Your booking will require full payment of accommodation, leaving only the incidentals and breakfasts and direct room charges to be paid on departure. However accommodation is refundable (less a $50 administration fee) up until August 27 and fully interchangeable until September 30.
